Breakfast
Coffee with whole milk and 2 tsp. sugar
1/2 chocolate long john
Lunch
Cottage Cheese
Sharp Cheddar Cheese slices
Water
Snack
Mixed Nuts
Dinner
Grilled Pork Chop
Green Salad with Ranch Dressing
Grilled Vegetable Medley (yellow squash, zucchini squash, onion, asparagus, mushrooms wrapped in foil and cooked on grill) topped with some butter, salt and pepper.
Dessert
Sliced Strawberries with Heavy Cream and Splenda
Exercise
1/2 hour belly dancing
1/2 hour walk with dog _________________ |
