Here's my dinner for tonight. It should actually be for two, but I'm hungry.
Well, I actually only ate one piece of the cabbage, so I guess it was for one.
It was all done in the pressure cooker, which does a great job on the corned beef and in less than an hour. The cabbage isn't pressure cooked. What I did was to remove the beef from the pressure cooker, and put the cabbage in with the lid on loosely, and just let it steam in the hot water. This time, the cabbage can stand just a bit more cooking, so tomorrow I'll slice it up and saute it. |
