this month is a doosey right now. my daughter caught a cold in late june close to 7-1. last week of june it was so hot then cooled down alot ,she went swimming and we think the hot and cold shocked her body. we went to the ermergency dept early 7-5 biut they said she looked good. and then 7-7 back to the same ermegency room and they did a xray and samantha has peunomina really bad. she is coming out it some but they may keep her about 3 to 4 more days. i have been here at the hospital for her and sleeping here.
i have to make a appointment my self to go to the doctors - i am catching a cold. i do not need her to get it.

i hve been losing some weight and now all i am doing is eating. i will get back on track today. sue

Hi Sue. So sorry that Sammie is so sick!!! Chances are that she had pneumonia from the beginning, and not a cold. But, I suppose that is a moot point now, since she is in the hospital with pneumonia. Hope she gets well soon!! I do hope you aren't coming down with something that you can/will give to her!!
It is very hard to stay on track when you have sick family members in the hospital. Or when you are sick yourself. Hope you can get back on track & get your weight under control.

thank you for all your replies. we came home from the hospital this eveing. sammy jo is feeling alot better. we do have to go back to the hospitsal in next month for a sleep study- she does have sleep apena and will have more test done.

she is happy to be at home. and so am I!!!!

Sue, I've been wondering about the 2 of you! Glad you gave us an update.
I am so happy to hear that Sammy is now home!!! (Which also means you are now home!) Glad she is feeling better!!! So happy for you both.

thank you again everyone for your replies. samantha is glad to be home and me as well. this past week has been a busy week. getting her to feel like her self is been alittle off this week. still recovering from the sickness as much. i took her to the doctor sat to have her checked out and get papers filled out for work to take off here and there under the FMLA ACT with out getting in trouble at work. benn working alot of crazy hours at work right now. now it is time for me to go to the doctors and get done what has been skipped over untill she is okay. sue
