| Any idea what the carb count would be per serving and what constitutes a serving? |

I did a carb count in my Master Cook. If you slice it into 8 slices it will be 13g total -3g fiber = 10g net per slice, not counting the chocolate chips. I didn't have a carb count for them. Probably wouldn't even add 1 carb per slice tho, but just guessing. Of course if you made smaller slices it would be less per serving.
If you cut it into 12 slices -- 9g total - 2g fiber= 7g net.
How many slices have most of you been cutting the cake into? _________________ Billie

Okay, I made a variation on this last nite. As it turned out to be just me and my squeeze for dinner, I cut the chocolate cake recipe in half, then backed out the amount of nuts to about 2/3 of that. Put it in a very small springform pan and baked 45 minutes. Ate it warm with fresh strawberry chunks and whipped cream - tons of whipped cream, and it was amazing! Much gooier and perfect as the base for more good stuff!
P.S I don't know how legal this is for you guys on Atkins, as I don't count carbs. With Somersizing this is legal level 2.
P.P.S. You guys can have coconut, can't you? I made the bundt cake with a coconut mounds like filling and it was great. I couldn't eat it though, as coconut is not allowed on Somersizing.... _________________ Foxye

Don't even waste your time coming down here for a piece of cake, it is already gone. Loved the cake... |
