Some time back there was a recipe for a dessert that was quick and easy. I do not remember the name but I believe it was ricotta cheese, splenda,and an extract like vanilla,almond, or some others. There was also one with strong coffee and mini chocolate chips.. I believe it was supposed to be one of Rachel's favorites... Can not remember the right measurements and cannot find it anywhere... Please help it was a great quick sweet tooth pleaser... Thanks

I use 1/4 cup full fat ricotta with 1 drop sweetzfree and cinnamon. Very good. You can use any flavoring you like! Very Happy
