Hi to all of you,

Ok I should have known Dinah would find me if I got on for the first time in about a year or year and half. HAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry Dinah I only had enought time to write to David and Mark last night. We had to leave after that and did not get home until 10:30PM. Had to go to bed. 4:15AM comes really early.


First of all I want to say Hi to all who know me. I was in a bad wreck
2 years ago in oct. Lost most all the skin below my eyes to the middle of
my neck. Still have trouble with neck and shoulders but skin all came back. I only have one little scare under my chin.

In Dec. 08. I had to have a surgery. It was to be a 24hour deal in and out. Well I had 2 surgerys in 4 days. I Was bleeding so bad by the time I got to leave the hospital They would not let me work the whole month of Dec. No driving car or school bus till Jan. last year.

Thats why I dropped out. I got off lowcarb and gained a lot of weight back.
I was just tired of doing lowcarb even though I knew it really works. I went to weight watchers and lost 47 lbs. last year. But I wanted to
feel like I use to with the energy I get with low carb so I bought a new
treadmill and hear I am.

I talked to gma, and Su on the phone a few weeks ago and they talked
me right into going lowcarb again.

I have missed you all so much. I have a new laptop so now when our
old comp. goes out I won't miss getting on the sight.

George every thing you taught use at the store is popping back into my head. I am going to get my 2 tapes out and rewatch them. I had
a blast that day at the store. I hear you are doing great!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dinah I hope all is well with your health. I heard last year you were still having trouble.

Well I better get off this post and start reading what is going on every
where. I want to go threw some of the old stuff to refresh my crazy
mind.

Oh by the way David. I can,t wait to make a cheesecake. I might do
that tonight. HAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is one thing I missed on
weight watchers.

I wasn't here before, when you were, but let me be one of the first to say WELCOME BACK!!

Boy, sounds like you've gone through more than your share of trouble. Hopefully, most of that is now behind you and I wish you clear sailing ahead.

Did I read in another post that you drive a school bus? My dad did that in his retirement years. Before that, he was a city bus driver and then a dispatcher for many years with NYC Transit. Not an easy job...none of them, but especially driving a school bus.

I too used to be a WW, but I found that I was always hungry. And you're right. No cheesecake on WWs either (well, I guess you could if you wanted to use up a week's worth of points at one time. LOL). I'm loving the SS way of eating.

BTW, I used to live in Ohio too. In Trotwood for a year (just outside of Dayton).
So, welcome back, and post often.

JUDY, WELCOME BACK!!! I too am saddened to hear about your accident. What a strong woman to have gone through so much. I too tried weight watchers through the years, even when about all I could eat was salad and tuna fish..UGG. I tried the point system and the on-line system, but I too was always hungry. and, my weight was so up and down that i felt sick all the time.

So glad to see u back here, I don't know if you remember me but I am Marylyn from Michigan.

thought George would have a heart attack when he turned around and saw them. I still tehee every time I think of it. I heard about your eye. Sorry it didn't work out like you hoped. My eye is holding under 20 so far.
I am alergic to all but 2 kinds of drops. Have had lazzer done twice so

Yes I drive a school bus in Franklin Ohio . We are about 15 mins from
the dayton Mall south on I-75. We were't too far from you. I drive Special Needs, and preschool 8 hr. a day for Franklin city schools.
I have been driveing 29 years. I guess I must like it do you think!!!!!!!!!!!!! Boy your dad was a very brave man. Not me no no.
I'll just drive my big bus till I am 102. I am takeing my 103 year off
all year. By then I figure I will need the rest. tehee!
Boy you are doing so great. Keep up the good work. By the way I got on the scales. 1 week down 4 lbs. Thats great for me. I loose slow.

Thanks for your welcome. Yes I do remember you. Yes ww is good but we can't have cheesecake very often. Missed the meat too! I have felt so good all this week. Week 1 I just remembered why I have slept so
good for the last 2 nights. LOCARB! I forgot that I could sleep better eating this way. I gained weight so fast after all I went threw just sitting for 3 months after being so active all summer (I drive a big John Deer
field mower , weed eat 7schools, spray for weeds and pick up trash from spring to Nov) . So Just sitting made me blow up real fast. I was't eating that much just could'nt walk very much in Dec. I have about 30 more lbs to go. Are you out from under the snow yet? We finally are.

can't step on the tulips or rosess or David will get us. He is kind of

I know with friends like you all I have it made before I even start.
I can't belive how easy I got back on. I just started boiling the eggs
last week and away I went. It all came rolling back in my mind just

Hey there GMA,

Thanks for the help the other night. So sorry I bothered your show. Some day I will learn these darn machines.

You bet I am ready to go back just let me know. I had a blast that
weekend. We a going for a week in July but it just isn't the same with
out the young gang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made Dinahs blueberry cheesecake the other night. Oh my gosh I
now know To be carefull with that. It is so delish I could eat the whole thing my self. TEHEE! I will call soon. Love Judy

I loved reading all the posts here just now! I am here and not going anywhere as this is where I belong. Oh dear, OUCH, you have been through the mill for the last couple of years. I lose slow also so we can be turtles together, but smart turtles who know the right path. I am so glad to be back, more and more every day.

DAVID! It was so good to see you post. I know you are a busy guy but it sure motivates me to keep on track with the "ole'" gang here again.
