Well, it's 3am Monday morning, my gosh are you all still asleep????lol Well, I hope you are and this is a very good place to come when you cannot sleep. Instead of eating, I have my big bottle of water with me here, this is a healthier place to be instead of eating/gorging myself. Shot night so sleep is but an hour or 2 at a time.

It has been a rewarding few days. I had the carb flu , classic, but Inside I was doing the happy dance as for me it meant I was on the right track. Marv is so supportive, not really on track 100% but he keeps nothing in the house that I shouldn't have. All his snacks and if he wants a different kind of lunch or dinner is eaten away from home Breakfast and dinner is usually home and I am fine with that because his support for me is awesome.

I have now done 15 min on my treadmill before my legs give up and I feel stronger. David, Deb and Billie thank you so much for your support. It's early in the game and I have a very long way to go and with your guidance I know I will keep up the pace. I don't have much to worry about tomorrow but I did plan on coddled eggs and bacon, and my beloved coffee, lunch is just broth with a few sliced mushrooms in it and for dinner I have a roast in the crockpot that i will turn on tomorrow am with greens and mushrooms I will add at the end with a reduction of liquid from the crockpot. David you made me hungry for that when you made it.

I just know this will be a good week for us all. Truly, a new week ahead filled with loads of possibilities.

I also want you all to know I am praying for everyone in Egypt. If you have family or friends there I pray they are safe. God Bless you all during this great time of strife and I pray a resoluton will come soon.
