A beautiful. fall day here. Rainy but also periods of sun. Trying to put away the summer stuff off the deck and clean it. Feels good to be getting out and about.
I am in love with the muffin tin of wrapped bacon and a bakes egg, still a little runny. Today I sliced a tomato and put it on the bottom and had a side of blueberries. It was a very tasty breakfast. For lunch I had a piece of cod i had baked and a grilled zuchinni. Supper, I don't know yet as I have a late doctor's appointment and like you Joyce I'm looking forward to see what it is, good or bad, it's a place to start.
I don't know if any of you feel like this, but when I start eating SS I realize and question why I stopped because it is really good food that I like to eat and cook. I am going to try and remember that and post it on my fridge. Sometimes I know I find the stupidest reasons to stop this WOE.
GRATS/GOALS:
Grateful for the cooler weather it makes me feel better and it was such a hot hot summer.
Grateful for the skill of still being able to cook healthy and enjoy my SS cookbooks.
Oh so grateful for all of you on SS as you have seem me through some tough times and I cannot express my thanks enough.
Keep drinking water.
Exercise no matter how hard it may seem sometimes, even light exercise is better than no exercise.
