It would be really great if there was a daily menu tracker for the individual user. You could count your carbs, track food and exercise, etc. Similar to...Sparkpeople.com but geared towards CARBS. Very Happy

There is a menu section, as well as an exercise section. But probably not what you are talking about. I don't think our site is geared to be able to track that for you. You would have to calculate the carbs yourself.

You can list your menus on the menu section, and if you already know the carb counts, you can certainly post them there.

You can also list your exercises on the exercise section.

I'm not familiar with Sparkpeople.com, so not sure what it is that you are asking for.

I recently joined the www.sparkpeople.com site. I don't use their diet or diet advice, but it is great for information on exercise and for tracking what you eat (it will calc net carbs). I keep tabs on calories, protein, carbs for low-carb diet, fat, fiber, potassium, water, and calcium intake. I also enter my exercise goals and actual exercise.

It is very user friendly. I can keep tabs during the day and see if I am falling short on fiber, protein, or calcium intake. I can then alter what I eat the rest of the day so I meet my goals.

This is not a low-carb site, but it can be used very easily by low-carbers to help them with their counts. I do try to keep between 20 - 30 net carbs each day and eat at least 65 grams of protein a day and the site helps me with this.
