Pork Tenderloin Cream Sauce
8-10 oz Pork Tenderloin sliced ¼” thickness and then cut each slice in two.
4 oz Cream Cheese softened
4 tbl of Butter
1 cup of Heavy Cream or more if ya like
1 tbl of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
1 Leek sliced
1 cup of frozen mixed Bell Peppers
Garlic powder to taste
Bacon salt to taste or Sea Salt
Pepper to taste
Creole seasoning to taste
Add EVOO to a large fry pan. Add slice Pork and cook until slightly brown on both sides.
Add Butter and Cream Cheese and stir until melted. Add Leeks and Bell Peppers and the Heavy Cream.
Add seasonings and cook until thick and creamy.
Serve over any Low Carb noodles (i.e. - Spaghetti Squash, Shitake noodles).
This makes a very tastey sauce!!! _________________ Anita

This sounds good. I don't do the green bell peppers, but could change that part, and make without.

Billie, the bag that I used had a mix of peppers (red, yellow, orange, and green).
But you can use anything you like because the possibilities are endless. I was also thinking of using fire roasted diced tomatoes (drained) or chopped zukes or mushrooms and black olives......mmmmmm!!!!
Dinah I couldn't believe how easy and fast and delicious this sauce was!!!! Definitely a keeper!!!! I betcha this would also work well with chicken too. _________________ Anita

MMmmmm LOVE these ideas! Maybe a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles ( choose degree of heat from original, mild or hot)?
What brand of Creole seasoning did you find that's sf? I have 3 in my cabinet I can't use . _________________ I am responsible for my own happiness.
