Hi all,

I noticed a 3- carton pack of egg whites (probably for those watching their cholesterol) at Costco the other day. I am thinking of buying them for baking, but was wondering what the conversion would be for 3 egg whites or 4 egg whites, the amount needed in two recipes I want to try. For instance, would that be 1/4 cup?

Thanks in advance,
Laurie Wink

Laurie,
A conversion chart I have say 8-10 egg whites + 1 cup. Sorry you'll have to break that down. I barely had time to find & post this.
Hope it helps.

Hi Laurie ~ Here's the address to Egg Beater's site. In the top right corner, they have a conversion chart -- just what you're asking about. Hope it helps! *Ü*

Deb,

You are awesome! I never think to look up stuff like that on the eggbeaters site. I am going to "favourites" this for my browser for easy reference.

Thanks again Exclamation
Laurie
