Made these tonight! They were very good, but a bit too crumbly for me - I need a peanut butter cookie that stays together a bit better. I had also tried an almond flour version of my favorite pb cookie last week for a bake sale - They tasted great, but had the same crumbly problem. I am on a mission to find the perfect low carb pb cookie! Needs to be a little less crumbly, a little crunchier, and just a little chewy. I'll post it when I find it!

I am new to this site and Stella, and can't lose my sweet tooth, so I tried your cookies. They smelled and looked delicious, all two or so dozen, when I pulled them out of the oven. While they were cooling I went to answer the phone, and when I returned to the kitchen to put them on the cooling rack, imagine my surprise when they were ALL GONE! My two girls, 5 & 9, had eaten every last one in 15 minutes!!! Have to say the crumbs were delicious! I'll have to hide them the next time I bake! Great recipe!!!

Because of spam & bad posts being able attack this section, it has been closed to new posts, but it is still there to browse, glean answers from. (No spam there now.) Most problems have been addressed there. There is a sticky of FAQs in the General forum. It has links to lots of as the name says Most Frequently Asked Questions about Stella Style WOL!!!. For that matter be sure to check out all the stickies when you have a question. Good chance it may have been answered in the FAQ's or other stickies.

By the Way, I just got home from about 4 months down in OK, south of you around Idabel & Broken Bow area!!!
I'm originally from AR (near De Queen), and married an Okie, as did my sister. She has lived in OK for close to 40 years! Part of the time I was visiting her, part with my in-laws across the river. (He passed away right after I came home, and so we turned around & went back for about 4 days.)
I have a friend who lived here for years, originally from around Tulsa, and moved back to that area several years ago. She doesn't live in Tulsa, but somewhere near there around the lake.
