Toning arms - oops I forgot about that! So much to fix so little time....
This was a rainy holiday weekend so I really did not do much of anything except rearrange the house....
But I am happy to announce that first thing this morning I went on the stepper for 10 minutes!!!!

Hey all... you are all doing great, and welcome Catherine!
I had an extended week end (took Thurs, Fri & Tues off) and kept busy the whole week end doing house work, yard work, digging ditches (no lie!) and so forth! LOL as a matter of fact, my hamstrings are kind of sore today from planting a new wisteria bush I bought... but it was worth it for sure... back on the treadmill tomorrow a.m.! _________________ url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/whDwhiA/]

Hope you have room for one more! I joined Curves yesturday, and I worked out again today. I am hoping on adding in walking before work and maybe an extra walk or video here and there. I have one fine collection of dusty videos to choose from! _________________

Okay, I have been using the stepper every morning. Only 10 minutes, but I am using it. And admitting it.
Yesterday I started using some lightweights for my arms just around the house and when I watch TV. We will see what this does. I don't like to use too much, cuz I don't like to have big arms! Just want to keep em in place so they don't slap me in the face when I clap!!!!
Do you think this is enough to counteract that slice of white chocolate cheesecake I ate yesterday? Hope so.... _________________ Foxye

Since I joined Curves last week, I went three times last week, walked on Friday and Sunday, walked this morning before work, and hit Curves on the way home. I am going to lose this weight before Christmas - I am I am!
I was thinking of trying the Firm tapes - are these too hard for the physically challenged?

Exercise tapes - pop em in and preview them first!
I am up to 15 minutes exercise either bike or stepper each morning. And other stuff during the day every day....can't believe it! _________________ Foxye

I've been so bad... I haven't exercised in what feels like forever. Making this promise to myself... I WILL make time for myself in the morning so I can exercise! _________________ url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/whDwhiA/]
