Saw a bit on this the other night - there is a Krav Maga center in Long Island - planning on taking a $5 introductory class to see how I like it -
Krav Maga is Hebrew for "contact combat" and is the official self-defense style of the Israeli Defense Forces, Israeli Special Forces, and Israeli Police.
Anyone do this?

I think I'm going to go try it out next Monday - my neighbor might go with me - I have to go when Jim is home at least the first intro class because it is at 6:30 - Jim doesn't get home until 7 - next week he is on vacation.

| Hi, I'm new here and i've heard of Krav Maga before , how was it? I'm intrested in it, and hear its quite intense as far as a work out. But it is really good for all aspects of health |

I have had this  Krav Maga roni n cheese but I don't think it is allowed now  , David
