Hi All! Had a pretty good Tuesday. Fixed some hamburgers under my new broiler, and kinda made a mess in the bottom of my new spic and span oven!!! GGGRRR! I'm gonna try and clean it out tonight. The hamburgers were really good tho!
I had some thin sliced onions, mustard, and SF relish with them. Didn't get my veggies in yesterday.
Today, I haven't eaten yet, cause I hit the floor running and haven't slowed down yet. But here's the plan:
b- 3 hb eggs
l - leftover pork loin from yesterday, and fresh made coleslaw
d - leftover chili since TT doesn't get home till 7PM and DaddyR till much later. They are on their own!!!
Have no idea about snacks.
(sneaked a peak at the scales this morning, I'm down a pound!)
Ya'll have a happy hump day!!!!! _________________ Dingie Dinah

I just finished mine. Hopefully we're going to get a new nuker (either convection or ge advantium) so I'm rearranging some things around the kitchen. got rid of the toaster oven and bought a toaster for starters. Now to the living room (after a small peek at the forum!!) |

Hi everyone! looking like a good day here
Mama, you'll have to let us know what you decide on your convection or advantium microwave. I do have a convection microwave and convection oven. I use the convection oven ALL of the time when I bake and only use the microwave when I have lots of baking to do... (for company).
Exercise was 30 minutes on the treadmill
B - 2 hb eggs and water
s - pork rinds and diet rite
L - egg/sausage casserole
water
s - nuts
D - rotissorie chicken
Put a third coat of paint on the ceiling of a long hall. Am very sore from all the stretching etc of painting from yesterday.. So, I know I have used some different muscles.. ugh!
Glad hump day is over. Looking forward to the weekend!
Take care everyone! _________________ Our Greatest Danger in Life is in permitting the urgent things to crowd out the Important!!

Uhm, it's kinda one of those pounds that snuck back up on me, so it isn't virgin fat that I've lost. And, no, I didn't clean my oven yet. I was too busy screwing up my television system!!! _________________ Dingie Dinah

| Quote: | | what part of Cali do you live in? I grew up in SoCal and always wished we could stay at the Disneyland hotel | I live in San Diego, a native. I always wanted to stay at the Disneyland hotel. I would day dream about it. lol Never had the chance as a kid. As a birthday surprise we took our daughter to Disneyland and stayed at the hotel. I still remember the look on her face when we drove up to the door. Must admit I was little excited at staying there, too.
Mama, you have the cutest collection of smileys! I know what you mean about spouses losing weight without much apparent effort. My DH announces he's lost weight a cople of pounds without trying cuz I don't have the white flour, sugar, etc. in the house. Growl!!! "I'm so happy for you, dear" Growl!! Actually my daughter lost some since summer
I'm missing my Chinese food, especially dimsum.
B - leftover kabobs, decaf
S - Let's see it's 10:30 am now, I don't think I need it.
l - HB eggs, salad
Leave work early for another dentist appt.
D - I'm going to make DebB pizza casserole from her website. The family will like that with a italian salad.
Lots of water. Remember to take my vitamins. |
