Good morning Losers!! Seems like a lot of us here are going in the right direction!!!
Well I am once again getting along w/ my scale. As of today I think it is trying to get on my good side-maybe it saw what happened to the old scale!!! As of today I have lost a total of 3.8 lbs--I just wonder how much is actual weight and if any is water--I have become very skeptical of scales lately!!
Yesterday menu
B-leftover pizzacaserole
S-soy milk latte
L-tuna/salad/mayo and tomatoes
D-McDonalds ceasar salad w/ grilled chicken and 1/2 diet soda (the boys did great on their report cards so we went to Mickeys)
S-Geo's key lime pie (made this on Sunday and put it into 12 ramekins instead of pie plate--very yummy-even w/o the gelatin)
E-45 min walk
Todays menu
B-spinnich/chicken and 1 slice cheese
L-tuna w/celery
D-porkchops (and applesauce for the boys!!) w/ a salad or vegis-not sure
S-Key lime pie!
E-15 min run/15 min walk and chicometrics
Have a great day and remember 'keep on losin'!!
Kath-I heard on the news today that just a little bit of walking can make a big improvement in health-so I would say all the walking you did at the stadium counts ! |

Happy Hump Day afternoon! Mama, your smileys always make me smile. I was down 2 pounds this morning. Let's see if it sticks. I hate this bouncy weight.

S - lite cheese stick
L - ricotta cheese
D - I'm planning on making Snap34's hot chicken salad with the leftover chicken, broccoli or green beans. |

What a busy day!! Vicki, welcome to the challenge. If anyone wants to jump in here, feel free. Posting has helped me stay with it.
B - leftover hot chicken salad casserole, decaf coffee
S - didn't need
L - chef salad with 1 oz dressing, decaf diet coke
D - I was planning on the leftover casserole but the family barely left enough for my breakfast. It was really good. served broccoli and green beans on the side.
I'm going to HB some eggs tonight (sounds exciting uh) for the next few days. |

| OK, I'm checking in but I'm not posting what I've already eaten today. And you can't make me! lol OK, OK I ate something white and it wasn't sugar. Do you think if I ate a bunch of crud in the first half of the day that it only counts 1/2? Oh, well. I'm not worried about it. I'm finished eating for today (duh, no kidding Sammy!). Tomorrow is another day. |

Thanks, Dinah. You're a sweetie!!
I suppose if I followed weight watchers I could justify the points. But I had an equivalent of a McDonald sausage mcmuffin with a little hashbrowns. For lunch I had a greek salad with 2 falafels AND a wedge of spinach pie AND 1/4 pita bread. OK, I've spilled the beans.
The combo of carbs, fat, and protein was all out of proportion.
If I'm hungry tonight, I'll have a HB egg (they're in the frig) |

Hello ! I'm still here just been very busy-going to the store, helping w/ homework, running to school for parties oh and work on top of that!
Been keeping it pretty legal-just haven't had time to eat solid meals-so I'm snacking too much. The weight is the same no change.
Made a LC pumpkin cheese cake for Turkey day. Also going to have brussels sprouts, asparagas, mashed turnips, and mashed rutabega along w/ the turkey. Mock gold fish and pepperoni chips and assorted cheeses for appitizer.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!!

Hi all! Busy day back to work after the week off with a zillion emails to read.
I checked out 2 of Suzanne Somers' books at the library. I thought it might be interesting to hear what she has to say. Parts of it look like Atkins. I might like the option to have hot cereal once or twice a week.
B - 2 HB egg, decaf coffee
S - lite cheese stick
L - Turkey tacos with lettuce "tortilla", decaf diet coke
D - Not sure. One more turkey taco night? Maybe not.

Feeling good today and didn't look at the scales this morning. Need to back away from the scales for a while (easier said then done). Trying out my chicometrics dvd. Yikes, it does make those (didn't know I had them) muscles work!
The Suzanne Somers' books are interesting. I might give it a try keeping my choices more on the lower fat side.
B - HB egg, decaf coffee
S - lite cheese stick
L - turkey taco filling, lettuce and tomato (thank goodness I finished it off), diet decaf coke
D - Hamburger patty with salad, maybe some mashed turnips |
