Thanks Sammy! I started out at 168-- way too much for someone as short as I am (5' 3".) I've had to hang in there through a lot of stalls too, very depressing. I'm sure I'll get rid of these last 3 with the help of the Chicometrics DVD that I found out about from Jenny and michele. It's a hard workout but really pays off big time.  |

Well I think  it was Chicometrics and cutting back on the caffeine. I'm using a combination of decaf with the regular coffee in the morning. Nothing else has changed. I'm hoping to lose some more inches, I like to wear loose clothes rather than tight. But I'm pretty happy with what I've been able to accomplish so far. |

Chico is still taking inches from me too - it has slowed down but every 3 or 4 workouts another 1/4 or 1/2 an inch gone!
I have an extra DVD of Chicometrics - if anyone is looking for one. I paid $20 for it - and I'll only charge $3 to ship it. I bought it for a friend and she ended up not wanting it. I am going to list on e-bay in a couple of weeks if no one here wants it.
