Last week I was down 3 pounds, this week I am down another 3 pounds. I seem to have finally regained my focus and self control! Only 8 or 9 more pounds to go til I get back to where I was! Finally!

You go girl! I feel like I need to encourage everyone I can, since I finally made my goal! Of course, I went away over the weekend and gained 2 1/2 lbs in just 4 short days! SIGH!
