|
|
Hi everyone,
Today is the beginning of the third week I've been on the low carb lifestyle and I've only lost 5 pounds. I've also been PMSing the last couple of days, do you think that plays a role in my weight loss not being higher?
Thank you in advance!

| Ditto here--I've learned to avoid the scale around my time. |

Ditto on the weight gain, 2-5 pounds. Think of it this way -- when you've completed your cycle, the scale should move more than usual. That helps me keep a little more positive about the gain. That, and knwoing that I can still have my chocolate.

PMS is finally OVER!
I can't even say how grateful I am, of course I am sick of this menopause-wannabe life.
4 months of PMS! It's more than I can handle.
My family was ready to sell me to the gypsies but they didn't want me!
I'll feel better tomorrow and some of this hangon weight will start to come off...
and I can stop banging my head against the wall, kicking rocks, and chewing on the table edges....
*sigh*

Wow maryloulou ~ I feel for ya!! Have you ready anything on Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy? I've been on it since last July... *Ü* _________________ Started Somersizing Feb. 2001
