Pretty sure George made ketchup on the show, but I can't find the recipe. Can anyone tell me where to find it? Been going broke buying it at the grocery ...

Thanks so much for the link . Very new to this way of eatting , doing SS DIET for the last month and half with a 8 to 9 pound loss very slow but I feel good.
