I had been on WW since 1/3 and went from 166 to 152 by early March. Have been in a plateau ever since. Decided to try this. Went on Atkins diet in the 90s and lost a good amount of weight, but every time I try to do low carb I gain more weight. I don't think it will happen again because I have better habits than I did before.
I exercise every other day and I write down what I eat and watch portion sizes. However, it is frustrating. I'm a slave to the scale, I guess. I went up to 154 by Saturday, and that's when I decided to go back on the low carb train. Today, I'm at 150 pounds, so I've lost 4 pounds since Saturday. Didn't realize it was so much until I just wrote it, so that's good!
Need encouragement as I crave sweets and tend to overeat. Also need exercise accountability to help me stay on track. Any encouraging words or suggestions to help me make my goal will be great! Still have a long way to go (down to 115), but if I can break the plateau below the 150-pound mark down to 145 pounds (size 12 for me), that would be plenty of motivation for me to keep going. |

Good Luck Gladys! Know that we are here to support you in all you do! It could be worse though; cut me in half and I still wouldn't be at your goal weight! Take care and just eat healthy and stay full! Drink lots of water, start walking as it really helps and Never, ever give up till you get to where you want to be,
