Anyone out there doing Zumba? I'm not very good at it, but I'm having a blast. I have the DVD's, and Curves is also offering Zumba as part of their program. If nothing else I laugh a LOT!!
I just joined the local gym, and I was thinking about attending the zumba class on alternate days of working out. Since you're having fun and laughing, I'm going to try it! I think I'll be pretty uncoordinated at first, but you've inspired me to try! Thanks!
