I am using Leslie Sansone's Walk Fit dvd's at the moment, and really enjoy them. I have challenged myself to walk 3-4 miles for 10 days. I weighed and measured the first morning and will check again at the end of 10 days. Keep your fingers, toes and eyes crossed for me. OK?
Anyone want to join me? Any type of walking or exercise will do. Whatever your heart desires. I think a daily post here to keep us motivated is probably a good idea. So come on and join me. We'll walk a little and laugh a lot!!
