How is this diet if one has high cholesterol?

Carole, Many people on here have found that their cholesterol has come down since eating low carb. (This should not be concidered a diet as in other weight loss diets, it should be a Way Of Eating or Way of Life.)

I myself have inherrited (not food related per se) high cholesterol. This diet doesn't really affect it one way or the other. But again, many have seen a dramatic lowering of their Cholesterol.
