Hi Everyone. It's been awhile since I've posted.
I was doing really well with exercising until of course, my klutzy-ness kicked in and I'm now in an aircast on my ankle and can't exercise.
Anyone got ideas for exercising without using my legs for the next 6 weeks? I've been getting huge drawn-out leg cramps because I haven't been able to stretch out my muscles much lately and I'd really really like to keep up my exercise routine as much as possible.
