I have joined the sparkpeople.com site. They have a range of videos that you can follow each day on your computer and also exercise of the day which is sent daily.
I tried their diet for a couple of weeks but it is a calorie diet which has just reinforced the fact that I need to be low carb.
That said I am still going to track my diet and exercises on there each day as I don't have enough confidence in myself yet to just rely on my hunger to guide me, if I have no guidelines I will just pig out! It is all completely free and you can enter all your favourite recipes and foods into your 'favorites'.
I have chosen to track my carbs- calories- fibre and protein, so between these 2 sites I will hopefully succeed this time. _________________
