I should really pay attention to what I'm eating... not that I cheat, but there's times I don't remember. I usually have the same thing, but it never gets old. I wake up around 3pm (we go to bed really late... or early, so we wake up around 1-3pm), so would that mean breakfast is actually lunch?

Breakfast: Chorizo with eggs
Lunch: Egg salad
Dinner: none

Snacks: pork rinds with cream cheese and LOTS of low carb ice cream. I'm getting... ahem... bloated, so I'm craving sweets.

I try to be really good. Watch what i eat, and read labels. I think I should start again writing my daily food intake down. I dunno. At times I'm so lost here. but I will tell you....I tend to eat alot of Macadamias. It's my cheat. My filler. i dunno..just know i cant stay away from them. Maybe its the salt or the crunch. I have other stuff that crunchs. I can lick the salt shaker if I wanna. So whats the deal? This is an 8.5 oz can. and I'll go through 2-3 of em a week. sooo cheap at Wal Mart. I left home one morning bout 2 am to get a can when I was out. Shocked I have a half a can sitting right here beside me. And just for today, I'm not gonna open the can. sighs............

Lissa - put those nuts into individual baggies!
I find that individual servings stops me from mindless overeating.

Trish,

Sorry I missed this good thread. I am trying to set a good example by reading and replying to every post in the group. It is 7:15 AM and some might say I am crazy. If my wife wasn't also up doing taxes in the other room, well, I might feel a little looney. But I married well, so there. Two looneys in a bin.
