Awwww that's sweet. It goes both ways. I know you're waiting to see what I do, & I don't want to disappoint!! Smile This is good for both of us. I didn't mention that I'll be gone for about 10 days........YIKES.......starting the 27th. I don't know if I'll have access to a dvd player or not. I'm taking the dvd with me, but I'm not sure I'll be able to workout. We will be doing a lot of walking tho......shopping!!! Smile So I'm expecting you to carry on in my absence. And when I get back, I'll be back in full swing.

Congrats on your walk today. That was awesome. Before you know it, the weight will drop. Just stick to it!

June what WILL I do without you? Well you go on and have a great time without me then. I'll keep plugging on and then wait for you with my nose under the door like my doggie does!

Where you going anyway? Shopping sure can burn a lot of calories, I know that from experience. (Leslie's always talking about burning calories)

Speaking of Leslie...four mile super challenge today AND just got my new Walk Slim 4 fast miles in the mail. Hooray!

Oh! And I'm down 1/2 pound today and you better believe it's going on my ticker! My clothes sure are getting looser though!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1/2 LB & 4 MILES......WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You must be so pleased with yourself.......and you should be!! Isn't it fun to have your clothes getting bigger? I've noticed it in a couple pair of jeans that weren't as comfortable as they should have been. Now they fit fine. It's so much fun!! Smile

We're going to Branson, MO. It's going to be a great time. We'll be staying with friends from PA. They have a timeshare there. This is the 2nd time we've been there with them. We love the shows & the shopping is great. Did I mention there's great shopping? Smile It was great last time & they've added even more shopping outlets. So I should be in shopping heaven by then.

Slap my hand.......I didn't workout today. I went off with a friend early this morning & we got back just a little while ago. I'm pooped. But tomorrow is another day. I'm not skipping out on you.......I promise. Working out is truly what's helping with the little weight loss I'm having. So I'm not going to quit. It means too much.

Let me know what you think of the 4 Fast Miles. Hope you like it as much as I do. If not you'll find me in the corner hiding my face in shame...lol

Hey Angie!!!!!!!!! How's it going, girlfriend? Happy Wednesday!!!!!!! I did the 4 fast miles today. It sure felt good to get back to 4 miles again. It felt like I'd been away forever. But I'm back now.

Hiya June!

Thanks for the cograts...a half a pound is a half a pound, dang it. Did I mention that it seems like I should be skinny by NOW???

It sounds as though you have a great trip coming up. I googled Branson and it looks like a lot of fun! And if it has good shopping, well then, that's the icing on the cake!

OMG, the Four Fast Miles kicked my bootie. It was a great workout though. I have to admit that I had to slow it down to low impact on two of the intervals but the rest I pushed through. This is really going to be an effective workout, I can tell already. My husband came in halfway and said, "Wow, Leslie is actually sweating!" LOL. Thanks for introducing it to me...you did good and no need to hide your face in shame!

Great job on your four miles today! Welcome back! Keep up the good work!! It does feel good, doesn't it? I never thought I'd say that!

Good Morning, Angie!!

Congrats on the 4 miles. I'm glad you liked it. It's ok to do low impact on the boosted walking. She says it's just as effective. The 3 Fast miles that's been out for a while is all low impact. There aren't any boosted intervals at all. It comes with the 1 & 2 mile dvd too. That one has a short segment that's boosted. When I don't feel like doing the jogging I'll pop in the 3 Fast Miles.

I did 3 of the 4 miles this morning. Didn't have time to get the band work & 4th mile in. But it was a kick your bootie workout!! I noticed Leslies sweats in this more than her other ones. And her cast always looks great. The little gal behind her in the blue is her niece, and the one to Leslie's left in blue is her niece's college roommate. They've been in other dvd's too. She doesn't introduce them in this one like she does on some of the others.

Good job on the three miles!


Leslie would be so proud of you. And so am I!

The DVD that I got doesn't have band work. Do you like that one? Meaning, do you like the band? I've been starting to look around for a good strength training video but not too heavy duty-I don't plan to enter any body building contests! They have machines down in my gym but I'd prefer to learn free weight exercises or even band exercises.

I haven't done my walk yet but plan to do the four miles again. We'll see though. It kinda kicked my butt yesterday.

I did the Fast Four Miles again today. Still kicked my butt but feels really good now! I'm going to shoot for the Leslie's 10-day challenge then mix it up again with some of the other DVDs. I'm pretty sure that at the end of 10 days I'll be skinny.

Two down, eight to gooooooooooooooooooooo!

Leslie mentions in all the Walk Slim series that the 3 & 4 miles will walk off a meal a day. I believe this 4 Really Big miles will do just that. Like she says, if I'm eating more than this workout will walk off, then maybe I need to rethink how much I'm eating.

How do you like the 4th mile with the band. It's good strength training & feels really good on the arms.

Duh!!!! No I didn't see the other post. I just read the last one thinking that was the only one you wrote. Silly me!! Smile

For some reason I thought you got the 4 Really Big miles dvd from her site. But I remember you said you got the 4 Fast Miles. I like the band. It's not too intense, but it's good. I don't use the band every day because of time. But I do like it. She uses it for most of the last mile in 4 Really Big Miles. There is also a firming dvd that includes it. That dvd is in the Walk Slim series too. Not sure if you can get it anywhere else other than her site yet tho. The band is good especially for the arms, but some of her exercises are good for the abs too.

Sorry I didn't see the other post. I'll learn to scroll up instead of just reading the last one from now on...........lol!!!

Good Morning Angie!!! Happy Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did 3 miles again this morning. Felt good. Today I'm getting ready for company to come in. Our son & his wife and 2 of their friends should be here late this afternoon/evening. They are going up to the mountains tomorrow. The leaves are beginning to change, so it should be pretty. I know they'll enjoy their trip.

I just finished the Four Fast Miles. It seemed to go by about 2 seconds faster today, LOL. Whew, I really sweat when I'm doing this one!

Just think, in 7 more days we'll be skinny!
