SS muffins are my bread, desserts and anything else I need to get me thru the day. I honestly have not had one craving since Aug. 5th. I recently made a batch of the spice muffins. I can't find splenda in bulk, so I run out fast. I only had 1/2 c left and I wanted to double a recipe, I doubled it and used only the 1/2 cup. Everything taste great. I won't do this all the time, but in a pinch it worked for me.
I am down another 1/2 # this week. Baby steps and loving the journey.

Paula, First of all congratulations on the weight loss. You are doing great!

I don't know what stores you have around you, so don't know really how to advise you on getting it in bulk. But do look for the store brand alternatives. Just be sure they say Sucralose. They should be in a yellow package.

Also look for Nevella. Tho George still said Splenda in his cookbooks, he actually endorses Nevella, which is sucralose. The company that makes Nevella also makes most if not all the store brand sucralose. Find out about it here:
http://www.nevella.com/ and you can even get a coupon for money off if you find it. They have a store locater. A lot of the Dollar General Stores carry it.

Good luck finding sucralose in larger quantities.

By the way, I often find I can use less sweetener in food than the recipes call for.
