Sometimes I put it in my coffee as part of my cream. It isn't quite creamy enough on it's own for me, but it adds a nice touch. (for me anyway)
I've used it to replace cream in some recipes. I think there is a 3 minute flourless cake listed in the desserts section. I replace the cream in that with it. That cake is quite good too, by the way. But I did find that I needed to cut the baking pwd in half.
It wouldn't be a good replacement in all recipes, but it works quite well in some.
Hmmmm .... I'm having a hard time really thinking right now, what all I use it for. Just let your imagination be your guide I guess.
