I was not a breakfast eater as a child, but my mother got me to drink chocolate milk with a raw egg in it put through the blender (poor man's version of carnation instant breakfast I suppose)--called it eggnog. I've been doing it with the Hood's Carb/Calorie Countdown Chocolate and eggs in the blender--makes a portable breakfast I can drink on my drive to work. You can't taste the egg--just makes it frothy.

Disclaimer--salmonella is a concern if your eggs are contaminated. I have never gotten sick from this in the many years I've done it. I do scrub the eggs before I crack them.

I've drank that MANY times!!!! Both vanilla & chocolate (and sometimes even strawberry).
We drank the vanilla version a lot when I was a kid. We called it milk shake!

I sometimes now add protein Powder to mine for even more protein umph!

I have never gotten sick on the raw egg either. I've consumed MANY this & other ways including ice cream thru the years!!!!
