I was wondering if Georges LC ketchup that goes with the meat loaf can be frozen as I love it but I don't eat much ketchup and this is the second lot I have made that has gone off and hate wasting it, there was so much left its a shame. It lasts about two weeks in my fridge but then its no good. I know its a fresh product so cant expect more out of it. But if I could freeze it and defrost it when i have used what I have in the fridge it would be great. Anne even suggested freezing it in ice cube trays as portions and easier to take out but we are not sure how it would freeze. _________________ Todays mighty oak is just yesterday's nut that held its ground!

Well, I've never frozen it before, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. When I use just a few tablespoons of tomatoe paste, i put the rest in a very small freezer container (Gladware) and freeze it. and it just takes a few minutes to thaw again.
Give it a try and let us know how it works out.
