Yipee!! Birthday I made it thru day #1 of induction. I decided I needed to get back on it again. Still need to drink some more water--not too much more cause it's getting late in the evening if you know what I mean. Still gotta do Gazelle. Then off to bed. It feels good to feel good Very Happy
