Ed,

Great job! Keep it up! Diana, you'll get there, keep hitting those weights, stretching, and doing any movements you can at home, cleaning, taking out the garbage, laundry, anything that involves movement is a step in the right direction!!

Tonight is my night off. I'm going to walk a little at work. I've hit it strong for the last 2 days. So toning a little walking and maybe a set of sit-ups. I'll post my log on Tuesday when I am back at the gym.

Keep posting those logs!

Thanks Jay...I will keep moving, that's a promise. Last night I did the 5 lower bod machines, 15 reps, 3 rounds then 20 mins on a bike...it felt realy good. Have a wonderfully fit day!

Workout Log for 12/11/07

Stretch 5 mins

Treadmill 35 minutes total!

Running 25 Minutes!!!!!! WOOOOT! speed 5.5 - 5.7

Walking 10 minutes 4.0 for 1st 5 mins as warm up, and 3.0 for last 5 mins for cool down!

Total Calories burned 560+

2.8 Miles

2 sets of 15 Roman hanging chair for lower abs.

Stretch 5 mins!

I pushed myself today ran 25 minutes non stop. Good day today!!

Great Jason, I'm no where near you yet. Monday night I did a program with a max incline of 7.5% and top speed of 3.8, total of 30 minutes, 1.6 + miles, 215 calories, tonight I did the same program, but walked further to make the total 2+ miles, 283 calories gone. Pulse max. at 140, seem to recover faster. Feels really good! Ed Very Happy

Workout Log for 12/13/07

A little under the weather today. Had to push myself a bit to get through it.

Stretch 5 mins.

Treadmill 35 minutes

25 Minutes of running speed 5.5 - 5.7

10 minutes of walking - 5 minute warm up at 4.0 speed, 5 minute cool down at 3.7 - 2.0

Total Calories burned: 516

Miles - 2.86

2 sets of 15 Roman Chair for lower abs.

5 minutes of stretching to end.

I pushed and made it through. Keep the LOGS COMING!!!

Last night I had a seminar to attend right after work, got home about midnight, so no treadmill. Tonight I did the 30 minute, 3.8 max mph, 7.5% incline max program. I raised the lower speed sections, ended with 1.7 miles, 226 calories. I added another .5 mile at 3mph to get rid of another 70 calories, and to get over 2 miles.
We have about a foot of snow tonight, so tomorrow will be a good work out with plowing and shoveling at home, then more at the shop. Ed

Jason, glad to hear your feeling better. I haven't had my lap top home to log on and been to busy at work this week, but I have been on the treadmill. I have been doing an aerobic, 30 minute workout with a max speed of 4.0 and 6% incline. It starts with 2 minutes of 2.5 mph, 2 of 3.0, 2 of 3.5, then changes every 2 minutes from 4.0 to 3.5 to 4.0 mph, with a cooldown at the end. Incline varies every minute and progresses up as you go. Burns about 275 calories and about 1.750 miles. Great for me and my heart. Ed Very Happy
