There used to be an exercise show on PBS called Sit & be Fit. I don't know if it is still on or not.

But I know some here have mobility issues and I thought this might be helpful.

I know I learned some moves I can do at my desk to keep myself feeling limber.

Great! I emailed this to my Mom - it airs Sunday Mornings at 10 am on WXEL in West Palm Beach. They make it easy to look up your local listings.
