1/2 c almond flour ( put whole almonds in food processor and chop until a fine powder)
1 pkt of splenda
2 lg eggs beaten
1/3 c seltzer
1/4 tsp salt
dash of cinnamon
Combine all ingredients well with a fork until smooth. Heat your skillet and coat with a little oil or butter of your choice.
Put about a 1/3 of a cup of batter in the pan at a time and cook 4-5 seconds per side until brown. Makes 6 servings
84.5 calories, 7.1 g fat, and 2.39 g carbs.
