Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 piece of high fiber german bread with a touch of butter (this stuff is AMAZING!! It's called "fitness bread' and the ingredients are a really easy read: whole rye, whole wheat, a few other 'wholes' and yeast basically. Dense and chewy and a hint bitter..like good german bread!)
Lunch: Lemon pepper trout, green beans, touch of fried okra and salad with bleu cheese dressing
Dinner: Saffron shrimp, cold poached salmon, salad of mixed field greens, asparagus, green olives with a dressing made with dijon, white wine vinegar and olive oil |
