You are welcome for the tip Casey-Lynn. Yeah, I forgot to mention the Sorbitol. I don't usually have problems with Sorbitol, cept maybe in large amounts. The small amount I consume from this syrup has never bothered me (course everyone is different & I don't use very much syrup on my pancakes/waffles like some do). And it is rare to find a bought syrup that doesn't contain it (unless it uses Malitol - yuck). _________________ Billie

I finally got around to making these tonight. Well actually I made Belgian waffles. I bought a Waring Pro waffle maker at Sam's club a couple of years ago, and we love it. All those deep pockets for the syrup to hide in are great! Since the waffles are bigger/thicker than pancakes, I made a double batch. It made 4 of the big waffles. We tried to finish them, but it was just too much of a good thing. Next time I think I'll make 1 1/2 recipe. That should be just about right.
Anyhow if you haven't tried them, do so. They're greaaaatttttt! (as Tony the Tiger would say!)
Have a good week.
