Boneless country ribs ( I had no BBQ sauce, so I had to improvise) I made a sauce with red pop and beefy onion soup mix ( actually turned out really good!!)
Broccoli slaw made with mayo and cream, a little dill weed, salt, splenda and lemon juice
Spaghetti squash - sauce was made with pan drippings from browning of the ribs, cream, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, butter and salt.
Strawberries and cream for desert |

Ang, your menu looks great. Are you counting carbs or just following Georges list of acceptable foods. I am afraid to do that. I count 20 carbs a day.
I just read your blog and i can relate, I am new and just learning but I will be there to hold your hand when things get bad if you need me.. I have a thread under daily menus, my name is Shelagh....Write me , I will be back tomorrow...........Shelagh |

Todays supper is :
ONION RINGS - made with Soy flour, dipped in a spicy brown mustard with egg and whipping cream, then dipped in soy flour seasoned with season salt.
JUMBO BREADED TENDERLOIN - made with soy flour, dipped in the same sauce. Fried then baked the rest of the way.
PEANUT BUTTER PIE- Smuckers peanut butter, whipping cream, splenda, and cream cheese. Crust was made from ground almonds mixed with butter and baked in pan first.
I was so surprised with the onion rings. I have never cooked with soyflour before and while I do like soy nuts, I was scared at first to taste them, MY Gosh!!! These were so light, you would never know that these were low carb!!!!!

Shelagh, Let me know what you are doing to try to get your message.
Did you get an email saying you had a message?
If so, did you click on the link?
Are you sure you're logged in to the main (Home) login?
If you are logged in, are you on the mail inbox page?
Are you getting an error message?
