I made the best supper tonight. Cheeseburger meatloaf with tomato gravy, iceberg wedges with bacon and homemade blue cheese dressing, and broccoli mac and cheese. My sweetie wanted the mac and cheese. I used Dreamfield's pasta cutting the recipe amount in half, and replaced it with broccoli florets. I ate mostly broccoli and just a few bites of the pasta. The broccoli was wonderful. I might try the recipe one day without the pasta.

I am hooked on this breakfast smoothie made with 1/2 water 1/2 cream, egg beaters, vanilla protein powder, sweetener, and instant espresso. I blend is all with ice. It is rich, delicious, and holds me all morning.

Sounds great! I love wedge salads...I'm going to have to make one soon. I never remember.
