you seem to put a lot of thought into your menus. I want to try Uncle Al's sausage and peppers. I reviewed the recipe yesterday but need items from store. I love reading George's recipe books. i have first 3, plus two videos. That chocolate cream cheese muffin looks good too.

Slim jims are such a "must have" aren't they? For over a year slim jims, an Atkins bar and string cheese were my breakfast every morning.

L- sesame chicken (recipe I tryed) salad w/ bluecheese
S-strawberry & cream ice cream bar
D- left over cheese sausage rolled up in half of a low carb tortilla, salad w/ bluecheese
S- pork skins
