Someone may have given these by I have not come across them over the year, so I thought I would share them. One is a dip and the other is a filling used in sandwiches. I use both for a snack with pork rinds.
Sausage dip
1 1lb hot breakfast sausage tube
2 8oz cream cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Cook sausage till browned. Add tomatoes and then cream cheese. Stir over heat till melted and heated through. I like to hit the tomatoes with my stick blender because I like them in small pieces.
Makes 4 c. - 22 carbs whole recipe/5.5 carbs per cup
Deviled Ham Filling
1 4 oz can of Deviled ham
3/4 of 8oz block of cream cheese
1/2c mayo (I fill the empty deviled ham can w/ mayo to measure it)
Soften cream cheese then add ham & mayo. Stir together.

| I edited the deviled ham dip because I realized I use 6oz of the 8oz block of cream cheese. I had posted that I used 4 oz. but I like it better with the extra. Donna |
