Heather,
About the peanut butter.....We use the no sugar added Peter Pan and it's really good. I snack on some occasionally too, but it's probably not an induction item. Everyone's different, just test and see. I even eat a couple of slices of apple or a very small macintosh apple with the peanut butter and still lost a little. Not an everyday treat though.....

I can't find the no sugar Peter Pan anywhere anymore - I use my supermarket's brand (Publix) fresh which has no added sugar. Stirring it is a pain though. _________________ Foxye

Is that one hundred and eleven bottles of water?????? LOL! Just kidding!!
But if you just had 3 bottles of water, you may want to think about adding a few more. I bought a Britta water filter and it's saved me a ton of money on bottled water, and i think it tastes better too!
Just my 3 cents worth!!!
