| If you read my meal post you know that I love porkrinds. A few weeks ago I bought three bags and half of the porkrinds were too hard to eat. i hated to just throw them away. Then I got the idea of grinding them in the processor and storing them for future use in the freezer. They came in very handy when I tried Angie's boneless wings. Donna |

Hey Donna!
Great idea! If I ever get courageous enough to try pork rinds again, I'll give it a shot; the last few times I tried to eat pork rinds, I got the trots! I can't figure out why, but I do know that sometimes when I eat pork chops or tenderloin roast, it does me the same way. Is there such a thing as being allergic to pork?

| I imagine you could be allergic to pork. People are allergic to all kinds of foods, why not? Donna |

That's a great idea. I could just make a bunch of mix and store it in the freezer. That would be handy to do it all at the same time. Especially since dh and I have become addicted to boneless Buffalo wings lately.
