1- Avocado,seeded,peeled and roughly mashed
1- small Roma tomato, peeled and seeded optional
1- Tbsp salsa verde or chopped green chilie's
1- Tbsp sour chream
garlic salt to taste

Mix all together and serve. Makes 2 servings.

Total carbs per " Fitday" is 14.5
dietary fiber is 9.9 so total is only 4.6 carbs

that sounds really good. I can't make guacamole for the life of me! this sounds simple enough that even I could do it.
