Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
8 oz. full fat cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Using a handheld mixer, combine all crust ingredients until well blended. Spread in pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow crust to cool for at least 10 minutes while preparing the topping ingredients of your choice.
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings: Mushrooms, peppers, pepperoni, cooked Italian sausage, thinly sliced red onion rings, black olive slices, SF ham, etc. for example.
Spread crust with sauce then add cheese. Place toppings over cheese then sprinkle with additional garlic powder to your taste. I also use a dried pizza seasoning spice.
Bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
* To make my peppers/onion less crunchy, I place them in a small bowl with a little water, cover and microwave for a couple of minutes. Drain, place on pizza.
