MOCK CORNED BEEF HASH
(for 1 serving)

1/2 cup leftover cooked 'rice' cauliflower from a previous meal
1 slice (about 1/2" thick) of canned corned beef) cut into cubes

Heat beef in small non-stick pan. Add the cooked grated cauliflower and combine the two ingredients into a patty while continuing to warm through. Serve. I used a little of the Low Carb Ketchup recipe from George's book. YUM.
