 Click on Mail to go to your inbox. Depending on what page your currently on, it may show how many New (unread) messages you have next to the word Mail in the header. More Info
My Inbox: Same link as above.
New Message: Select this to write a new private message to a member.
Sent Mail: This is your sent mail box. Unless you delete them, all messages you send out are copied here.
My Favorites: Also known as your Addressbook, go here to check up on your favorite members or to add / delete members. More info
