Whatever you like! Our members write about everything from their daily menus, their personal life, excercise journal, and weight loss journals. Many members keep track of their weight loss history by adding their current weight to the same blog post every week. Just go to Modify/Remove Posts under the Blogs link in the Navigation Bar to Modify. Please read our Terms of Service for rules on posting content.
