My Story:I maintained my weight vigilantly my whole life and I did a pretty good job. I like to eat so when I saw I was gaining a few a lbs. I would watch what I ate until I would take off the extra weight. Then I turned 50 and this no longer worked for me. I saw myself gaining weight and not be able to shed the extra lbs. (30 to be exact) the way I used to. I have just begun the Stella Style plan and find it very easy to do. So far I have lost 3 lbs. in a week and do not feel as though I am sacrificing anything. I am anxious to see how far this will take me.
I think it all boils down to just doing it.
